Review of Camco 44933 RV Dual Wheel Valve Stem Extender for Inner Dual Tire

I purchase these to gain better access to the inner tire on my dual wheel truck.Works ok but the trim rings did not like the placement of the stems so it ends up kind of twisted and the clips that hold these in place have slipped loose once already.
